We hope this update finds you all well. Although we've been rather quiet for the past 6 months, we assure you that we have been very busy with plans for this year. It's just that they got pushed back a lot further than we expected. For those of you who don't get our newsletter, or didn't open it, we have some great news! On Wednesday June 17th @ 10am EST we are launching a Kickstarter for our 2020 NEW puzzle releases: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/playinggrounded/playing-grounded-puzzles-2020-releases

Once again, we are really thrilled and honored to find ourselves working with such talented artists. We absolutely love these two new works of art, and we want to see them as puzzles. We focused the campaign on them and them alone. You can pledge for one or the other or both. No need to unlock new art. It's all or nothing, so we hope you'll 'come out' and join us on for our launch. Any support would be much appreciated. 😀
We have restructured our pledges so that shipping will be charged after the campaign when you fill out your survey. There is a shipping chart in the project, so please reference that before making your pledge, but please DO NOT add the shipping to your pledge or else you'll be charged twice, and we don't want that happening! 😰 Also, we are finally able to offer 'light tracking' for single puzzle orders in the EU and the Rest of the World. This new option has made all the difference with our international shipping as we can see when the items are picked up and when they are out for delivery.

Hey Everyone!
We are pleased to announce that we just shipped out the remaining rewards this morning! All backers in the US should have received their tracking information by now. Please message us if you haven't. I see by your comments and posts on social media that some of you have received your puzzles. That's great! Gotta love Priority Mail =) Please send or post pix after you've put them together.
Okay, we've covered this before. It's not fun, but it's a reality in this business. Some of you may find that you're missing a piece or pieces. If this happens, please message us here or send a direct email to [email protected]. Send clear pictures of the entire puzzle, plus at least one close up of the area or areas missing pieces. And please include your mailing address. We will send you the missing piece(s), but please be patient with us. We only just received our puzzles last week, have been busy with fulfillment and are in the middle of remodeling. Thus, we have not had the time to put our puzzles together yet. So, if you find your missing pieces within the next few weeks, it might take us extra time to get them out to you. We'll do the best we can, though. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
Thank you all for being so wonderful through this entire project! Not only your excitement and enthusiasm, but your patience and understanding when things took longer than expected was a huge help to us during an otherwise stressful process. We're looking forward to some puzzle down time in these colder months =)
